The Shire of Ashburton (the Shire) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to install and re-purpose a Shire supplied transportable unit on the V Swans premises at Lot 302 Second Avenue, Onslow.

The successful Contractor shall provide all necessary services including materials, products, labour, plant and equipment for its management, construction and completion of the whole of the work under the Contract. Work must be compliant with the National Construction Codes (NCC) effective 01/05/19 and all relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, Western Australian and Commonwealth legislation, statutes, ordinance, rules and regulations bearing on the provision of such services and conduct of the work under the contract.

There is no mandatory site inspection but Respondents can request one during the Quotation period. Refer section 9. 'Further Information'.
