Tender Description
Council is seeking a competent provider to deliver in full, the City of Port Lincoln School Immunisation Services (the Services) comprising the School Immunisation Program (SIP), and annual Staff Influenza Clinics as detailed in the following Specifications.
School Immunisation Clinics are to be undertaken at:
- Lutheran Navigator College
- Port Lincoln High School
- Port Lincoln Special School
- St Josephs School
Additionally, Staff Influenza Clinics are to be conducted at four locations in Port Lincoln across one-day – Council’s Administration offices in Tasman Terrace, the Library, the Visitor Information Centre and the Council Depot.
Commencing for the first school term 2020, the Contracted Service Provider is to provide all Services and complete all requirements as outlined in this Schedule, being an extract from the Agreement between the Minister of Health and the City of Port Lincoln; and supporting referenced documents.
