The stormwater drainage contract works encompass 72m of 150mm dia pvc pipe, 183m of 150mm dia PE100 pipe, 41m of 200mm dia upvc pipe, 14m of 200mm dia PE pipe, 42m of 225mm dia PE100 pipe, 48m of 300mm dia upvc pipe, 37m of 300mm dia PE pipe, 11 1050mm dia concrete manholes, and 1 concrete back entry catch pit.

The works are to be undertaken in existing easements within a new subdivision that has no buildings on it yet.

As the pipe will be private, a building consent has been approved and is subject to various inspections and certification.
