Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Works required for the purpose of this quotation include Electrical, Plumbing, Wet Area sheeting and finishing, Painting. Contractor is to include in their price all provisions required to complete the works as specified

The contractor shall carry out the following:

2metre wide deck around building at same height as existing entry step
Remove and relocate 2 x seats.
Rewire building, move power meter and switch board to Right hand cupboard.
Install energy efficient lighting
Remove and fit new lower floor windows, lower the sill height, same head height
Remove all existing signage, refit one sign on south side Block work under veranda
High pressure wash all external block work, patch all holes with 2 part epoxy
Apply Prime / seal and 2 coats of Exterior Acrylic paint, cleaned with potable water between coats.
Finish external walls with one coat of Anti-Graffiti paint
Modify the toilet, (remove sink, widen doorway, new ceiling fan, and create hand wash area outside to the left of door.)
Remove internal roof downpipe and patch.
Remove and replace upper sliding door frame and screen door.
Install new upper floor ceiling sheets and set
Clean, Prime and paint all internal ceilings
High pressure wash all internal block work, patch all holes with 2 part epoxy
Prime / seal and 2 coats of Interior Acrylic paint.
Repair or replace stair treads as required
Cover stair treads with commercial grade vinyl floor covering and non-slip tread nosing.
