Tender Description
Townsville City Council owns and operates the Horseshoe Bay Wastewater Treatment Facility. The recent inspections have identified the requirement of the replacement of the odour control unit of the Treatment Plant (WWTP) and some remediation works.
The works will involve;
* Design, supply and installation of a Carbon Activated or Bio Trickling Filter / Activated Carbon system with suitable stack for dispersion of treated gas.
* Remediation of the covers to increase the containment of gases.
* Modification of existing covers for inducts and educts.
* Remediation of corrosion identified to prevent further degradation of assets (If ordered).
