Supply and Delivery of Passenger, Truck & Earthmover Tyres (including Recaps) and Tubes

⁠⁠⁠Regional Procurement is calling the following tender on behalf of Kempsey Shire Council.

Supply and Delivery of Passenger, Truck & Earthmover Tyres (including Recaps) and Tubes c/w Provision of Fitting and Roadside Assistance Services on an 'as required' basis for a period of 36 months from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022 with provision for a 12-month option as stated in Clause 2.3 of the Deed of Agreement.

Tenderers are advised if they have responded to REGPRO801920 Supply of Tyres they are only required to submit the following Tender Schedules:

** Tenderer's Details and Declaration, Business Ethics and Non-Collusion Declaration, Tender Price including the Tender Price Excel spread sheet and Minor Non-Conformances.

For evaluation purposes, a hard copy must also be submitted to the Tender Box at Strategic Services Australia 59 Bonville Avenue Thornton.
Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating Councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
