Lotterywest and HealthWay is seeking a partnership with a distribution management company that can offer the following services:

Store and maintain to a high standard an inventory and stock management system of all our signage and/or promotional stock;
Advise the agency, in an agreed timeframe when inventory is running low and when new signage / promotional orders are required to maintain appropriate stock levels;
Dispatch and retrieve these signs / promotional stock to various organisations upon our instructions or instructions received through an online ordering service (see below) and distributed via a professional courier company;
Provide our customers with the highest quality of customer service and if required, follow up directly with the agency personnel to respond in a timely fashion to the request; and
The agencies also seeks to develop a direct on-line ordering system with the successful supplier from a link within our own website to the distribution management company’s online ordering service.
Ensure appropriate system follow up of outstanding signage and retrieval in the event of late or non-returns.
The effective management of Lotterywest and HealthWay signage is crucial to the organisation’s community funding role being acknowledged in the wider community.
