Tender Description

Southern Downs Regional Council (SDRC) is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to undertake the design and construction works for a Mini Golf Facility at the Warwick Indoor Recreation and Aquatic Centre (WIRAC), located at 29 Palmerin Street, Warwick, QLD.

The proposed Mini Golf site is to be designed and constructed as an integrated part of WIRAC as indicated in the attached concept design at Annexure A. The concept design includes a shop front and café however this is not included in this request for offer and may be released as a separate tender in the future.
