AUSTRALIAN PARLIAMENT HOUSE AUXILIARY POWER SUPPLY UPGRADE PARKES, CANBERRA ACT Lendlease has been appointed Managing Contractor (Delivery Phase) for the above project.
We are seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified trade subcontractors wishing to tender for the below trade packages which are due to commence March 2020.
- Generator Replacement Works
- Decommissioning, removal and replacement of diesel generator system, associated controls and infrastructure.
- High Voltage Electrical Works
- Decommissioning, removal and replacement of existing 11KV equipment, cabling and associated infrastructure.
- Low Voltage Electrical & Communications
- Supply and installation of new switchboards and cabling within the facility.
The project duration is over 1 year with staging of works that may not be continuous. Trade subcontractors should have experience in major Government based projects
If interested, trade subcontractors are requested to apply for an expression of interest (EOI) document by sending an email to BuildingACT@lendlease.com by no later than 6 December 2019.
In this email, please state which trade package(s) your company wishes to register for.
By submitting an EOI for this project you will become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016.
