Tender Description
The existing learn to swim pool (LTS) and enclosure at Nerang Aquatic Centre have both reached the end of their useful/functional lives and require renewal. The Principal wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and resourced Contractor to undertake the design, documentation, construction and certification of a new LTS pool, enclosure over the pool and installation of two new Principal supplied heat pumps (Principal-Supplied Material).
The Works comprise the whole of the labour and all necessary materials including incidental sundry components required to form a complete installation and such tests, adjustments and commissioning as are required to give an effective and safe working installation.
