Kimberley Network Contract - Provision of Road Maintenance Resources, Plant, Materials, Traffic Management Services and Packages of Work - Kimberley Region.
The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 (Building Code) applies to eligible building work that may be issued under this project. By submitting an expression of interest in, or tender for, this project, you will become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 for those works if issued.
It is a requirement for some works, if issued under this project, that any persons contracted to undertake that building work be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme established by the Building and Construction (Improving Productivity) Act 2016, at the time of the Tender closing for that building work and while that building work is being carried out.
