The Office of Industrial Relations (OIR) are looking to establish a Contract to manage its cleaning services for its Brendale office, located at 38 Leonard Crescent, Brendale Qld.

In accordance with the Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP), OIR are looking for a Supplier who can assist in increasing the participation of Queensland suppliers and local workforces in this procurement supply chain.

The successful supplier will maintain the inventory, premises or equipment which is the subject of the Services in a safe and good operating state at all times (where applicable).

The successful Supplier will have the capability to deliver services based on ‘best practice’ principles, which are complementary to national, state and regional Environmental Sustainability policies.

The Services provided under this Contract must be efficient and effective and be services on which customers at the individual sites can rely upon.
