Tender Description
The Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE) seeks proposals from suppliers to provide a mass notification system to enable the Emergency Management team and site controllers to effectively communicate with MBIE staff in times of unplanned events or emergencies.
The successful solution must be able to satisfy MBIE’s functionality and security requirements; and be intuitive and easy to use. The successful solution will include high availability and fast delivery of messages; consistent messaging to all affected staff; and the solution will not be bound by location so will have a high availability in events such as earthquakes or flooding which may render a specific location unusable.
