Armidale Regional Council seeks Tenders for the partial demolition and additions to the Guyra Neighborhood Centre known as The Hub at 160 Bradley Street Guyra NSW.

Tenders will be received up until 2:30pm on Tuesday 21st January 2020 and may be lodged electronically via Tenderlink or as follows:

By hand deposited in the Tender Box, Ground Floor, Civic Administration Building, 135 Rusden Street, Armidale.

By mail - 'Attention Tender Box,' Armidale Regional Council, PO Box 75A Armidale NSW 2350.

Tenders lodged by hand or mailed are to be enclosed in an envelope endorsed with the RFT Number ARC19/3516.
