Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money in undertaking all associated works for the HVAC Replacement at Prairiewood Leisure Centre, Prairiewood.

The project requires:

• the demolition and disposal of 3 items of HVAC plant,
• construction of 1 steel aluminum plant support platform and
• the installation of 3 new items of HVAC plant and includes an upgrade of the boiler/water heating system and renewal of the HVAC Electrical Distribution Board

BRIEFING SESSION:
Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend the MANDATORY briefing and Site Inspection which will cover an overview of the Statement of Requirements and provide the tenderers a further appreciation of the site.

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the Tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a response which includes all Schedules including the Tenderers Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the Submission complete. The Tenderer shall not submit a response without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
