Tender Description
The existing building is heritage listed and requires air conditioning. The theatre is of double brick construction, wooden floor and metal roof. The internal layout provides a Stage leading to the Auditorium low and high level.
The low-level leads to the Foyer, Sitting and Amenities areas whilst the high level provides the Dress Circle, a portion of which is to remain unchanged for reasons of preservation.
All work throughout this building must assume a low impact stance with as minimal interference to the internal fabric as possible. The installation must be commensurate with the facility’s use as an arts and cultural performance space
