This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This is a discovery piece with possibility of extension pending outcomes. Work would proceed as follows:
• Identification and assessment of two (2) process candidates (one simple / one complex) for automation suitability;
• Establishment of a development environment for RPA (hosted by the Department of Human Services);
• Design and development of agreed process automations, ready for formal unit testing;
• Demonstration of agreed business outcomes to be achieved using RPA;
• Development of documentation necessary for RPA sustainment in production; and
• Development of a roadmap for establishing an RPA program of work within DVA
