⁠⁠⁠The Bloomfield Group is an Australian owned and operated group of private companies with interests in mining and engineering in the Hunter Valley, NSW

The Group employs around 600 people and operates two open-cut mines; Bloomfield Colliery at East Maitland and Rix's Creek, 5km northwest of Singleton, NSW

Coal from both sites is railed to Port Waratah Coal Services (PWCS), of which Bloomfield is a founding member and current shareholder. The company's engineering businesses include Four Mile Engineering at East Maitland, and Kings Engineering in Rutherford and Lithgow.

The Bloomfield Group invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Supplier's for the Supply & Delivery of Lubricants & Greases, for both fixed infrastructure (including CHPPs), and Mobile Plant and Equipment across its Bloomfield Colliery, Fourmile, Kings Engineering and Rix's Creek Sites.

The purpose of the EOI process is to select prospective tenderers as part of a two-stage procurement process, involving both open Expressions of Interest (EOI) to establish interested parties, followed by the issue of a restricted Invitation to Tender (ITT), to a short-listed group of respondents to this EOI

Invitations to participate in the second stage (ITT) may be restricted to respondents who have submitted a response to the EOI, and who are accepted by The Bloomfield Group to be placed on a shortlist

The issue of this request for EOI does not commit or otherwise oblige The Bloomfield Group to proceed with any part or steps of the process.
