Expressions of Interest - Bike Share Operations

⁠⁠⁠Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites Expressions of Interest for the provision of Public Shared Bicycle Schemes. The scope of the Expression of Interest (EOI) includes engaging suppliers/operators to supply, install and manage a shared bicycle scheme available for public use to increase transport options within the community.

Please note that Council is not seeking to purchase infrastructure, rather to collaborate with operators and suppliers. Council, in return for infrastructure, can provide land, signage and line marking in approved locations at no cost to the operator or supplier throughout the Licence period.

In April 2019, Council adopted the Northern Beaches Council Guidelines for Bike Share Operators. These Guidelines provide direction for the delivery of bike share schemes across the LGA
