Framework Agreement for the Provision of Catering Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Rockingham is inviting suitably experienced contractors to submit for the provision of various Catering Services scheduled throughout the 3 year term of the Contract.

The functions the caterer will be requested to cater for are seated dinners with table service or buffet service, static platter served meals, cocktail receptions with walked platter service or static platter service, dinner receptions with buffet service, light meals with static platter service or morning or afternoon teas with a static platter service.

Tenders close at 2pm on Wednesday 20 November 2019 at the City's Administration Centre, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham

Request for tender documents, containing full details of the work and details regarding the lodgement of tenders, will be available for collection from 10am on Monday 4 November 2019.

Collection methods -
The tender documentation can be downloaded by visiting the City's website, rockingham.wa.gov.au/tenders. Click on "Request Document" for T19/20-08 and complete the information and click on "Submit". The City will then arrange for the tender documentation to be emailed to you within 24 hours.

The submission of tenders via facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of the Mayor or Councillors will lead to automatic disqualification.
