Tender Description
The Principal is seeking a not-for-profit agency to deliver community arts programs and services for Ellenbrook and surrounding communities. This would involve visual, performing, literary and multi-disciplinary arts programs, services and events.

Preferred lodgement of Response is by upload electronically through the City's E-tendering portal via below link. Hard copy lodgement will only be accepted by prior written agreement with the Contracts and Procurement Manager who should be contacted by e-mail to tenders@swan.wa.gov.au for instructions.
Any Response that is not lodged with the City before the EOI deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Responses lodged by email or facsimile will not be accepted.
Canvassing of any City of Swan Councillors or Officers will disqualify Respondents from the process.
