Tenders closing at 4.00pm on Monday, 25 November 2019 are invited for the undertaking of construction works to upgrade Orange Springs Road.

All tenders must be clearly marked "PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL - RFT 05/2019 CONSTRUCTION OF ORANGE SPRINGS ROAD UPGRADE" and either placed in the tender box at the Shire's Administration Centre at 7 Brockman Street, Gingin, or posted to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 by the due date and time. Emailed or faxed tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the tenderer.
