EOI - Redevelopment and Use of Merewether Ocean Baths

⁠⁠⁠The City of Newcastle (CN) invites Expressions of Interest from experienced persons or businesses interested in the redevelopment and use of Merewether Ocean Baths Pavilion.

The successful respondent will be required to enter into a lease agreement with CN. The proposed maximum lease area for site currently contains the Merewether Ocean Baths Pavilion, surrounding promenade and part of the carpark.

Submissions are invited and will be received up to 2:00pm on Tuesday 17 December 2019.

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the respondent. Lodgement information is provided in the EOI document. Council is not bound to accept any submission.
