Property: 12 Glendhu Road, Mataura.

Legal Description: 9,355 square metres being Lot 1 DP 12954 comprised in Record of Title SL 10C/229.

Tender Forms and Conditions of Sale: Tender Forms and Particulars and Conditions of Sale can be inspected/obtained at the offices of Bannerman Cruickshank Pryde, 5 Fairfield Street, Gore.

Deposit: A cheque for a sum equivalent to 10% of the tender price should accompany any tender. Deposits for unsuccessful tenders will be returned promptly.

Closing Date/Time: All tenders must be received at the offices of Bannerman Cruickshank Pryde by 4pm on Friday, 22nd November 2019 in a sealed envelope marked 'Tender - 12 Glendhu Road, Mataura'.
