Lot 71 Howard Drive, Penneshaw

⁠⁠⁠Kangaroo Island Council calls for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the use of this strategically located, iconic site at Howard Drive, Penneshaw.

The building and its surrounds are located in a superb position at one of the Island’s principal gateways, with a commanding view over the bay.

A prime piece of real estate, the site offers excellent commercial exposure.

The building has been used as a Visitor Information Centre but Council is now keen to explore opportunities with the entire community and business sector, for the proposed use, redevelopment and tenure of the building and land.

EOI should outline, but not be limited to, preliminary ideas/terms as they relate to:

• the desired/intended land use/purpose of the building
• any proposed extension or redevelopment of the land
• and/or the building
• type of tenure
• commercial terms.

Interested parties are welcome to put any proposal forward for consideration.

EOI will be limited to the site of the building and its associated car park and immediate surrounds, and will not include land occupied by the adjoining golf course, which forms part of the same Lot, i.e. Lot 71.
