Expressions of Interest (EOI) are called for the purchase, or a proposal for other uses, of the property at 2420 Preolenna Road.

EOI documents may be obtained from the Council Offices or from the council’s website.

EOI documents are to be clearly marked “EOI – The Purchase or Proposal for Other Uses – 2420 Preolenna Road” and to be deposited in the Tender Box in the foyer of the Council Offices, 21 Saunders Street, Wynyard, emailed to council@warwyn.tas.gov.au or mailed to Tender Box, PO Box 168 Wynyard, so as to be received before 4:00 p.m. on FRIDAY 15 November 2019.
