Murweh Shire Council invites tenders for the following project/service:
Brisbane Line Centre Building Construction Tender
Tenders closing 2pm Friday 15th November 2019 with the undersigned are hereby invited for construction of the Brisbane Line Centre building at the Charleville Airport.
The project consists of construction of a single level building of steel framed curved roof/wall construction approximately 880m2 gross floor area and in excess of 6 metres height, concrete slab on ground, with associated sub-trade works including electrical and plumbing installation.
The tender will be awarded based on an analysis of weighted selection criteria. Notwithstanding such analysis, Council reserves the right to select the submission that in view of all the circumstances appears to be the most advantageous.
The contract will be awarded late November. Contract period will be sixteen (16) weeks unless otherwise agreed at tender stage.
