Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) has recently reviewed their Information Systems strategy and approved moving from a Best of Breed information systems approach to a fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategy.
To this end, Council approved the implementation of the TechnologyOne OneCouncil ERP solution using Cloud technology. Specifically, the implementation of OneCouncil will:
- Be over a period of around three (3) years which will span four (4) financial years;
- Consist of three (3) discreet phases of implementation; and
- Use Cloud technology with pre-configured business processes.
Council has implemented Payroll, Finance and Supply Chain modules to date.
Upon review of the Stage 1 implementation Council has the opportunity to realign and restart project and change management activities.
Council is seeking to appoint a Company to provide an experienced:
- a) Senior Project Manager Services; and
- b) Change Management Manager Services.
to successfully manage the implementation of the above-mentioned ERP solution.
Council reserves the right to award contract in whole or part.
