Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for hall (OSHC) extension works at West End SS including.
- New walls for extension of an existing multi-purpose area with new sliding doors.
- New walls for extension of an existing chair store that will be used as a new office with new doors.
- Creation of new chair store to hall with new doors.
- New walls to create new layout within an existing office space.
- New carpet, vinyl, paint to new walls, electrics, joinery including design responsibilities, etc.
- Modification of existing electrical cupboard.
- New suspended concrete slab extension to existing verandah with associated footings and supports.
- New raised steel timber decking platform connecting verandah to existing path.
- Insulation to the existing roof.
- New steel flyover roof along length of verandah.
