Batemans Bay Regional Aquatic, Arts and Leisure Centre - Construction Works

⁠⁠⁠This Expressions of Interest (EOI) seeks submissions from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the construction of the Batemans Bay Regional Aquatic, Arts and Leisure Centre.

This EOI is the first stage of a two stage tender process, including early tender involvement.

The objective of the EOI process is to identify and pre-register Applicants who will then be invited to engage in early tender involvement and then invited to submit a response through a final procurement process.

In conducting this EOI, Eurobodalla Shire Council (the Principal) is seeking an outcome that will:

• Identify companies that have, or have the potential to fulfil the stated requirements (including the Mandatory Conditions of Participation)
• Establish if Applicants have the capability, experience and financial capacity to satisfy the requirements.
