Tender Description
Whanganui District Council (WDC) are inviting tenders from suitably experienced contractors for the construction of a new animal pound facility to be located on a greenfield site at 7 Airport Road.
The scope of work includes but is not restricted to, the following;
- A green field site under the full control of the main contractor but via a shared driveway with sewerage treatment pond and gun club.
- Light timber framed NZS3604 buildings on concrete slabs.
- Concrete block kennels on slab with metal gates and lids.
- Proprietary metal frame roof structure with PVC cladding.
- Services infrastructure; storm water/ sewer drainage, water feeds, water tanks.
- WDC approved contractor to install utilities in Airport Road berm.
- Concrete, asphalt, shell rock, security fencing & concrete kerb site works.
