EOI - Host Festival of Small Halls Event in 2020

⁠⁠⁠Snowy Valleys Council is calling for submissions from local community hall committees or community groups to host the next Festival of Small Halls event on Friday the 3rd of April 2020.

Festival of Small Halls is a series of tours organised by Woodfordia Inc that takes the best folk and contemporary acoustic artists and sends them on the road to small halls in communities all over Australia.

This event is an excellent platform providing fundraising opportunities for local hall committees and community groups as well as providing a wonderful live musical performance which draws in audience members from the local area and across the region

The successful hall committee or community group will be required to work with the touring group on tasks including marketing, ticket sales, securing an MC for the night, catering, hall decorating and clean up after the event.

To submit an Expression of Interest to host the event applicants are required to state why their hall should be chosen and provide information on the resources, volunteers and skills available within their committee.

Applications close at 5pm Friday 15 November 2019.
