Temora Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the purchase of current impounded vehicles withheld by council in accordance with the Impounding Act 1993.
EOI’s may only be submitted as one value for the entire seven vehicles as a group lot. To register interest in the vehicles an offer must be made in writing, with the highest offer at the end of the EOI period the successful bid.
All cars are sold unregistered, in current condition and with a bill of sale certificate. The purchaser will need to arrange transport for the vehicles as they do not come with keys. Photos of the vehicles may be viewed on council’s website.
EOI written submissions from potential purchasers must be addressed as ‘Confidential – Expression of Interest’ to the General Manager. Submissions may be posted or delivered in person to council’s office at 105 Loftus Street, with the EOI period open until 4:30pm Friday 22nd November, 2019.
