The South Australian Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) together with the SA Department of Health and Wellbeing, and the Women’s and Children’s Local Health Network is holding an Industry Briefing session for Professional Services Contractors to provide information relating to the new Women’s and Children’s Hospital and the processes for the engagement of consultants.
DPTI will be engaging suitably qualified Architects, Engineers and Cost Managers to contribute to the preparation of concept design, schematic design, and cost estimates so as to inform the Full Business Case. Options will exist within the contract documentation to extend the engagement to develop the full design documentation package and / or provide advisory services throughout the construction period as these are defined.
NOTE: Only DPTI Prequalified Professional Services Contractors in either Lead PSC Level 3 (Architecture/Engineering) and/or Discipline PSC Level 3 (Architect/Building Services Engineer/Civil and Structural Engineer) and Building Cost Managers from the Estimating and Cost Management Panel (16C218) are eligible to register for the Industry Briefing.
DPTI invites interested parties to register to attend an Industry Briefing at 9:30am on Friday 1st November 2019 at its offices at Ground Floor, 77 Grenfell Street, Adelaide.
Interested parties must register their attendance by emailing the names, contact details and company information of all attendees (up to 3 per company) to Emma Gollan at emma.gollan@sa.gov.au (limited numbers available). Attendees are to arrive and sign in at 9:15am for the 9:30am start.
Notification of attendance at the Industry Briefing must be submitted by 5.00pm, Wednesday 30 October 2019.
