Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified experienced parties for a licence agreement to operate a food van on Crown Land situated at the Forbes Aquatic Area, APEX Park and Rotary Park.

This agreement will be in accordance with council’s draft Local Approvals Policy for Mobile Food Vans and Portable Permanent Food Outlets for a period of twelve months. Expressions of interest are to be submitted and addressed to the General Manager and lodged either by hand at council’s reception or by post to 2 Court Street, Forbes NSW 2871, by 5.00pm Tuesday, 19th November 2019.
