RFI - Pre-Employment Medical Assessment

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Group is a large Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) provider of maintenance and staffing services across a range of industrial sectors made up of a combination of both full time employees predominantly in the maintenance services division and casual employees who are engaged in the supply of temporary and seasonal workforces to third party clients.

As part of our operational delivery model, Programmed are investigating an ANZ solution for the supply of a multitude of pre-employment medical providers, injury triage services and rehabilitation providers.

The dominant scope of this RFI extends to the provision of a range of standard, regulatory and customised pre-employment medical services. In addition to the pre-employment medical services, the RFI also seeks to explore the services vendors can also provide such as:

• Functional capacity assessments
• Workplace injury triage services
• Injury management and rehabilitation services
• Onsite services such as drug and alcohol screenings
• Allied health services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy service etc.
• Workplace injury prevention services such as workstation and ergonomics assessments.
• Health surveillance services such as audiometry and blood lead
• Injured worker transportation options

Items within the scope of this RFI include the provision of:

• A cost effective pre-employment medical solution across multiple metro and regional geographies, Australia and New Zealand wide, in a timely manner
• Online Pre-employment medical booking and tracking technology
• Transparent and clear reporting
• Account management services

Programmed seeks a Request for Information (RFI) from suitably experienced and qualified service providers who are able to provide Pre-Employment Medical Assessments to the Programmed Group. We are looking to key players in the market who will be able to provide Programmed a solution that meet our goals.
