CHSS Building - Medical Centre Internal Refurbishment

The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite external companies to submit tenders to University of Waikato with information on their skills, services and experience in providing construction works to the GF05 UOW CHSS BUILDING MEDICAL CENTRE INTERNAL REFURB PROJECT 2019 as per that attached tender document and appendices.

The University of Waikato wishes to procure construction services to refurbish an existing Medical and Counselling Centre to create a student centric facility. Both portions of work are internal to the existing building foot print.
