Tender Description
Council is seeking expressions of interest for the lease of the following parcel of land:
Jack McGirr Arboretum (2.491ha) located at 34 Newell Highway, Gilgandra
The lease will be for a period of two years commencing 1 January 2020 and finishing on 31 December 2021. Fees will be paid on an annual basis with the successful applicant required to sign a temporary licence.
Grazing is permitted on the temporary lease however all other forms of agricultural use such as cultivation, etc are excluded.
