Tender Description
Centennial Park welcomes tenders to replace existing damaged concrete beams with new beams by 4.00pm on Friday 15 November 2019.
The objectives of this tender are to:
• Replace existing concrete beams that provide a foundation for cemetery monuments with new beams as per detailed drawings
• Ensure a high standard of build quality to ensure the longevity of the constructed beams will be at least 50 years with a plausible life expectancy of up to 100 years or more.
• Develop a partnership with a contractor that will work collaboratively with Centennial Park and its other contractors to enhance the standards, amenity and reputation of Centennial Park.
