Tender Description
Expressions of interests from suitably qualified and experienced contractors are invited for the works relating to the construction of a Rural Fire Service Fire Station (Double Bay) with full amenities at Bland Creek.
The project requires the following works:
- Development Works
- Concrete Slab - construction
- Fire Station (including flag pole) - supply and erection
- RFS brigade signage - installation
- Internal amenities - supply and construct as per brief
- Kitchen fit out - supply and construct
- Electrical – supply and install as per specification
- Plumbing (including septic & drainfield) – supply and install
