Tender Description
You are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to provide principal design consultancy services for the Townsville Student Accommodation (TSA) Project to be constructed on the James Cook University (JCU) Townsville Campus.
JCU will procure the principal design consultant (PDC) through a two-stage EOI and Tender process. This EOI is the first stage of a two-stage process comprising of EOI and Request for Tender (RFT). Shortlisted proponents formally notified in writing will be invited to participate in stage two.
