The University of South Australia is not bound by the lowest priced Quotation/Tender or all or any part of a Quotation/Tender and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondents as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered. Late submissions will not be accepted. Submissions must be fully received by the Closing Time, please allow sufficient time to upload your response and finalise your submission.

PRESENTATION AND SITE VISITS: A presentation will be conducted at the Jeffrey Smart Building City West Campus commencing at 9am on Wednesday 23rd October 2019 for an explanation of the Pricing Mechanism. All attendees are to meet at Security on the ground floor. Following the presentation there will be site visits at the City West and Mawson Lakes Campuses. Companies should register their interest via email to maintenance@unisa.edu.au by 12 noon Tuesday 22nd October 2019.
