2019T054C - Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) requires upgrading of two standpipes in Blackwater and Emerald with all new materials, and the installation of a fully new standpipe adjacent to the Rubyvale-Sapphire Road, and provide and install an Avdata Water Management System that is compatible with the new standpipes at all 3 locations.
The rectifications include electrical, mechanical and pipework, demolition, civil and concrete works.
