Tender Description
Leeton Shire Council (LSC) seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified companies to complete construction works for the Leeton Central Business District Enhancement Project Phase 1 and Phase 2
Phase 1 works are a complete renovation of Wade Avenue roadway and pedestrian areas between Jarrah Street and Kurrajong Avenue, with Phase 2 works addressing the medians and pedestrian areas which frame the roundabout intersection of Wade, Pine & Kurrajong Avenues and the pedestrian areas which run both sides of Chelmsford Place from the roundabout up to Sycamore Street.
