Lease of Land -Narayan

Tenders are hereby called for the lease of Council controlled land at Cheltenham Road, Eidsvold, Queensland 4627.
Land offered for lease comprises of an area of 9135 hectares (ex CSIRO research station), described as Lot 1 on WK 184).
Permitted purpose of use of the land is grazing of cattle.

Written tenders close at 10.00am on Monday, 11 November 2019, and should be clearly marked “Confidential – Tender – Lease of Land – Narayen” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 390, Gayndah QLD 4625.

Council reserves the right to invite applicants to change their tender in accordance with the Local Government Act and Section 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. No submission will be accepted after the closing time/date. The highest/lowest of any tender may not necessarily be accepted. All tenders will be responded to by mail.
