Tender Description
Murrumbidgee Council invite quotations for the supply, registration and delivery of the following equipment.
One (1) Four Wheel Drive Tractor minimum 100-125 hp (75-95 kW)
Reference number: 04/2020
All quotations shall comply with the terms and conditions of the Local Government Procurement contract LGP508-2 Small Plant & Outdoor Power Equipment contract conditions. Those quoting must complete and return all sections of the quotation form. All supporting documentation can be provided under separate cover.
Companies are invited to list any optional extras that they might consider advantageous to Council or any areas where they consider the equipment quoted may have productivity advantages.
All information received in relation to a quotation remains the sole property of Murrumbidgee Council. This information can and will most probably be used in benchmarking activities with other Councils and fleet personnel.
Should those submitting quotations become aware of any conflict between the unit proposed and Council’s intended use as stated above, it should be clarified prior to submission.
