Western Downs Regional Council is inviting persons to submit an offer for the sale of 2 Shetland Ponies:

(1 Gelding (Brown & White) and 1 Mare (Black & White )

Tender Documents are available for download via this link MM09-19-20 Sale Condition Form of Tender Impounded Ponies. All requests for information or advice regarding documents are to be directed to Michelle Robinson via email michelle.robinson@wdrc.qld.gov.au or phone 07 4678 7829.

Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm Wednesday 6 November 2019. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.

Council may invite tenderers to change their offers in accordance withe the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the highest or any submissions.
