EOI for Abandoned Horses

⁠⁠⁠We currently have abandoned horses that have been impounded in accordance with the Local Government Act 2009 and the Tablelands Regional Council Local Law No 2 (Animal Management) 2019 .

The listed horses remain unclaimed and we are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for their purchase and removal.

EOIs must:

1. be submitted in writing to

2. include:

• full address of the person
• phone number of the person
• item number on which the offer is being made
• the amount in dollars that is being offered for the purchase

3. be received by 4pm 15 October 2019.

It is a condition of sale/release that the person is deemed to be a responsible and competent horse owner and have access to adequate facilities for the humane and lawful keeping of horses.

We reserve the right to not accept any EOI and may not necessarily accept the EOI with the highest value. The successful application will be advised in writing and will then have 48 hours to remove the horse/s at their own cost. They will be required to produce valid identification upon acceptance and removal of the horse/s.

The condition of the horses vary and we offer no implied or stated warranty or refund. The horses may be inspected at 11am on 15 October by phoning Shellina McKeller on 1300 362 242.
