This contract is for the refurbishment of the public amenity facility at Water Tower Gardens, Mooroopna.
The general scope of the project is for the replacement of the existing non-compliant facilities with modern toilet facilities that are compliant with Australian Standards and Health Regulations. Works under contract include demolition of internal existing elements, installation of new fixtures and finishes and upgrades for accessibility. |
