Supply and Delivery of Stockyard Containment Wall Precast Concrete Modules - EII

⁠⁠⁠Background:
EII stockyard consists of seven conveyors numbered 7E, 8E, 9E, 10E, 11E, 12E and 32E, with each conveyor bound by stockpiles. A small containment wall of approximately 1.1 m height is located on the far side of each stockpile to prevent material from the stockpile spilling onto the maintenance access roadways and reclaimer/stacker rails.

These retaining walls have now reached the end of their service life.

All existing retaining walls require replacement as part of the Project scope.

Scope of Work:
This scope of work covers the: "supply only" of these Modular concrete walls.
In the new design, the wall is made of sections (modules). There are 2 types of modules:

1. Cannon Modules
2. Wall Modules

The Modules are put adjacent to each other with a gap between them to facilitate installation and removal. The cannon modules support the cannon and the associated stainless steel pipework. The wall modules are designed to have recess to provide support for the HDPE pipe.
There are 101 total number of modules in each wall run. 6 modules are cannon modules, 95 wall modules. The distance between cannons is 50m.
